10TV Says Goodbye To Boswell The Weather Hound
Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and weather hound lovers!
Well, I must say I am a bit surprised that I had never heard of this weather hound who has made his way to the rainbow bridge at 14 years old.
Boswell was the side kick of Chris Bradley, Chief Meteorologist for Columbus 10TV, for more than a decade.
This was on their website:
On Tuesday, we said goodbye to an old friend. Boswell the Weather Hound has been my sidekick for more than a decade here in Columbus.
During his younger years, he appeared side by side during the evening weathercasts.
Boswell has visited hundreds of schools, appeared in dozens of parades and brought a smile to many across Central Ohio. If you love your pet, you couldn’t help but love Boswell!
In turn, we did our part to help promote and raise money for many causes near and dear to animal lovers. Boswell was a supporter of Basset Hound Rescue and the Capital Area Humane Society. He even got married to raise money for Columbus Dog Connection.
Boswell had a great life. He was 14 years old.
end of article…..
