The Donald, gives KY girl, Tara, second chance to keep her Miss U.S.A. crown. Emma thinks that the title should go to the true KY glamour girl, HER!!!! The Donald believes in second chances, but what about true beauty??? What is your opinion? Bassethoundtown thinks Emma was robbed!
