Dear fellow hound lovers: Cat here! I would like to wish you all a wonderful New Year’s Eve. I would also like to let you know that Chaps received a message from the town Sheriff last night. He has an announcement.
“PLEASE , ALL TOWN RESIDENTS, BE SAFE THIS HOLIDAY WEEKEND! IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON HAVING A FEW DRINKS REMEMBER MY DEPUTY AND I WILL BE LOOKING OUT FOR YOU. I HOPE YOU WILL STAY HOME, OR SOMEWHERE SAFE! I ONLY DRINK AT HOME WHEN I KNOW I HAVE TO BE ON THE ROAD! I WANT YOU ALL TO BE AROUND IN 2007!”
Duke Last Year! He was not the Sheriff! This year he will be on duty!
Deputy Sheriff Oakely, reporting for duty! He says, have fun and be safe!

Oakley a.k.a Deputy Sheriff, is wishing all of BassetHoundTown’s residents a HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Oakley wants to let everyone know that it’s really cold and windy up here in Toronto, and his sniffer is going to be working overtime to make sure that everyone is behaving themselves and not drinking and driving!
Be safe and have lots of fun! Oakley will be sending Duke home early tonight…so he can have a couple of bevies with his family!! Cheers!!
