Its been a couple of years since I last whelped a litter – I was 15 the last time around and I’m a few years older now .
Boy was this an eye opener!!
I had to cram for puppy whelping 101 in -2- days, and there’s so many things I had forgotten or never knew. Roxie was stellar and after I sent Cat the original post…. Roxie delivered another pup – so that makes -8-. 4 red & whites, 3 Tris and one Brown & White. 4 boys and 4 girls.
There is a twist to the story – a 15 day old basset puppy who was rejected by his mother will be joingin Roxies litter on Sunday…. stay tuned!!
