Sad story, happy ending for Daytona the basset pup!

Howllo Fellow Hound and basset puppy lovers: Everyone who reads my blog would probably agree that there is nothing cuter than a basset hound puppy. Even my vet who sees thousands of pups agrees.
I ran across this story on the net and I just had to share it.

Thank goodness this TX TV station did a story on it. Maybe, just maybe someone will learned something.

I’m so glad he was rescued and was on the road to recovery. The article is so right on about the responsibility a person has to a pet.
I hope this guy lives a long & very, very happy life.
