Happy Birthday Emma! My big 4 year old girl!

Howllo Fellow Hound and birthday picture lovers: Our little girl is 4 years old today! She woke me up by licking my face and jumping all over the place. Chaps has declared April the 21st an official holiday in bassethoundtown.
We have a big day planned of extra treats, new toys, and a birthday parade walk. A parade walk is when you tell everyone in your path that it is her birthday. We might even disrupt some places of business and a school or two.
