Today Chaps and I had a photo shoot for his
Senior Houndsabound 2009 Calendar Contest Entry!
Yes, to his adoring fans, our boy hound is considered a senior. It just hits a Mom hard to see the gray coming in so strong. My Mom thinks that his gray hair is premature from worry. He is a worry wart. I cannot wait to see who else is in the contest to win a month featuring their Sr. Hound.

My pick is the bottom picture. Chaps, you look just like you are chatting with me. I like it when you chat!! Both pictures are beautiful the colors of the flowers go well with your fur. I understand the need for help in picking the right picture. They are both charming.
Pawhaps you should put them both down and let Chaps pick which one he likes best. Emma would not be a help because I hear she likes all things Chaps. :~)

I love both pictures, but I pick the first one. I just love it. I love the other one as well, but this one just jumps off the page. We took some pictures of Emma also. Cat will post them later. Emma was busy eating the flowers so we had a bit of hard time with her!

Both are very nice, but I like the 2nd one better. It shows more personality. (if that is possible)
I like the top one. Very, very handsome.
I tend to like the second one best. Although they are both adorable. He is up against tough competion in Miss Bonnie Barootiful. I will vote for both.

I love the second one, it looks like Chaps is greeting people. The top one looks posed, the second one looks natural.

Gorgeous pictures; the top one is my favorite. He just looks so noble! Plus in the first ones you don’t see the concrete and also less of the leash. But either picture is lovely; how could it not be with such a handsome hound in it!
