This picture indicates that sometimes Chaps’ Mayoral duties take their toll. I think an extra nap, and some extra treats will help him perk up and have a little more energy.
I don’t know…!–he surely looks beautiful to me! He must have already had years of beauty sleep– what a smoosh:))
