I VOTED!
Howllo Fellow Hounds and those of you who voted lovers! I am just now updating my blog with my voting experience. You will not believe this. My Mom, Dad and I walked right in and voted without waiting one single second. OMG! How flukish is that? I was thrilled because my Dad is very uneasy on his feet for any extended period of time. I had a chair for him, but of course we did not need it.
The smooth sailing was not without incident. I got yelled at by the poll worker!!!! I voted first and when it was my Mom’s turn, I pointed out to her that something was on the ballot that was a bit confusing that had to do with our city counsel. As I was very quickly pointing this out to my Mom, the poll worker went nuts! She accused me of trying to influence the elderly!!! The issue is deer hunting with bow and arrows in our town. We hate it. We despise it.
I got yelled at!
Poor me! Luckily my Dad told me not to take my camera in or else, I might have gotten kicked out.
After we voted we did what we do every election day. Head right to Bob Evans for breakfast and start the bitching which we are totally entitled to and proud of it! LOL
Sorry, this is really boring. Now for the not boring stuff!
The next tradition is taking a walk and boy did we take a walk. You will not believe the pictures. They maybe some of my best. I will post them in my next blog. All I can say is OMG!
More really soon, Cat, Chaps and Emma
Sounds like the Mayor should have been there to keep the poll workers and voters in line.
I voted for Chaps!!! LOL!
I waited 2 hours to vote here in VA..Crazy!!!!
Our polling place divides the line up by the first letter of the voter’s last name. The A-C line was only about 5 minutes long. Thank goodness i wasn’t a M-P…that line was about an hour or so!
Chaps really appreciates it Emily! He will bring no taxes to anyone! Good boy!
Hey Amy, that is what our poll did as well! We got the same break!
I am so sorry you got yelled at. Some people are just jerks. I wish I could have been there to tell that worker a thing or 2. I just voted today and did not stand in line either. This is some election I must say! I think Chaps needs to be president. He knows how to get things rolling. The best to you-Josh
Now Chaps needs to be appointed as Secretary of the Treasury–that 700 billion should to go to all the rescues and shelters in the land, and our Mayor is just the one to oversee it!!!!!!

I had to watch the election from a hospital bed (kidney stones) just got home this evening.
Thank goodness I voted early last week. I also voted for Chaps! I guess this country is just not ready for the perfect third party candidate!!!
What a fanastic sight to watch last night. No matter who your candidate was, I don’t know how anyone could keep from tearing up to see the excitement and hope in our country. How proud and lucky we should feel to be Americans!!!
God Bless America, our new First Family, and our, soon to be adopted, first dog!
Ditto Candy! I totally agree. I cannot wait for them to get the pup! I sure hope they rescue!

PS – Candy – You poor thing. Kidney stones??? OMG I am so glad you are home.

Mary! Oh would I love to help Chaps with that. On a side note, I heard Donald Trump giving a very strong interview last night stating that the bail out was NOT working. He said that banks are still not lending and the entire bail out was handled wrong. He was very angry about what is going on. It was very interesting.
