How to fit 2 hounds on one throw rug:)

November 14th, 2008 - 2:02 pm KY Time

Howllo Fellow Hound and 2 Hounds on a dinky throw rug lovers: OK – the kids have a huge bed in my office, nice and comfy, right? Well, I walk back to get some work done and this is what I see!!!

I had to get a side view!

The kids never cease to amaze me. Maybe this kind of comfort is better than the big soft bed kind!
I bet that’s it.

More making yourself comfortable later…Cat, Chaps and Emma

I think it’s wonderful that Mayor Chaps and First Lady Emma can make themselves comfortable wherever they are. This just shows how down to earth they are.

It never ceases to amaze us. You can buy the nicest dog beds and go to all sorts of trouble to make the hounds comfy, and they’ll insist on camping out on the most tattered and uncomfortable looking strip of carpet or throw rug they can find. Bless ’em.

Hahahaha! The kids are a wealth of blogging material. I always enjoy tracking their every move!

Am I a helicopter Mom? LOL

You are a “hovering” Mom….What’s wrong with that? There should be lots more of you in this world! The world would be a better place if there were. Your kids are just the best! I wish I could just squeeze in there between them, and give them both big hugs and kisses! 🙂

Don’t it make you just want to squeeze yourself in on that little space on the corner of the rug. I mean it must be comfortable to forego the big comfy beds they have right! My favorite is when they lay on the kitchen rug in front of the sink…….I’m sure all your blog readers will agree that they know how to use the sink, cook, etc. at a far distance from the sink. Mine always want to lay right under my feet….but I wouldn’t have it any other way!!!!! Thanks Cat for allowing us to share in the ‘little precious moments of your life’.

Karen, you comment is so sweet. Thank you! I feel the exact same way you do. When I saw the kids like that……..Sigh!

    Audra…….

I totally trip over the kids in the kitchen. I have to give extra treats to get them out. I know that they have my number! hehehehe

What a joy to have such barootiful kids that always put a big smile on our face and warm our hearts.

I think it is that tiny ray of sunshine coming thru the window. My guys will contort their bodies any which way to catch some sun – – even if it is just on the tip of their noses.

Hope everyone in town has a great weekend.

Candy – I bet that had something to do with it. A little sliver of sun is so inviting!

Ken – I am so sorry to hear that you are not feeling well! Hope you feel better soon. There is nothing like a dose of hound to help a person back to feeling better. Kiss the kids for me!
