My eldest nephew is accepted into VMI!!!!!!!!!!!

November 17th, 2008 - 6:06 pm KY Time

Howllo Fellow Hound and Family news lovers: I just wanted to tell my readers that my eldest nephew, Ronald, was accepted into
Virginia Military Academy. Some of you may remember a few weeks ago he was also accepted into the Citadel. If you want, you can read that posting here: CITADEL

Anyway, yesterday he was also accepted into VMI! We are so excited for him. He only applied to three schools and he has been accepted to, two of those.

We are still waiting to hear about the third school he applied to:

UNITED STATES NAVAL ACADEMY AT ANNAPOLIS

It is somewhat rare that the Cidadel and VMI would award him a position so early in the process so that is really cool for him. We are very proud of what he has done and how good he is still doing.

I am looking forward to this Thanksgiving. They are flying up from GA and it will be so much fun. They love the kids and cannot wait to get dog hair all over them!

I can smell some good blog postings! LOL

More updates later as Annapolis looms large!

Love, Cat, Chaps and Emma

This is terrific. You must let us know which school he decides upon. When he does, you must bring the Mayor to inspect the facilities. The Mayor must give his approval.
