Water as a bonding experience!

Howllo Fellow Hound and Drinking Water Lovers : There is absolutely no way on this planet that Chaps and Emma could ever eat out of the same bowl. However, anytime one of them goes to the water bowl the other one follows. I wonder what the reason is? Is it fun?

Grandma always says it sounds like 2 horses at the trough. I have a mini bucket in the hall that they even drink out of together. They can barely fit their tongues in at the same time, but they still do it. Odd, or is it a bonding thing?

Just an observation.

More wondering about water drinking hounds later….Love, Cat, Chaps and Emma

Beulah and Bogart do the same!

I will never understand it as they don’t eat from the same bowl either.

What is the answer??? My dogs will sometimes drink together too!!! I guess it is one of those “sweet mysteries of life!!”

Maybe it’s like a coffee clutch. Chaps and Emma are deciding the agenda for the day at Basset Hound Town. Dinner is probably on the run.

Or they are at the water cooler plotting on how to get more treats. I think it worked. LOL
