Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and Gabe lovers: Our Gabe is still in transition and getting ready for his vetting and neuter surgery on Wednesday. We are working with a wonderful lady from Western TX named Sheri who is helping us find Gabe a forever home. Who would not want this guy? You have to see these new pictures.

Just a reminder, Audra is Colby Chaps’s (Chaps’s son) Mom and Audra’s Mom and Dad are fostering Gabe whom Audra found on the street. Tada!

He may be the King but I already have this nice lady wrapped around my paw. This is my foster Mom, Charlene.

Not to mention this pretty girl named Jourdan. She is Audra’s daughter. Ah, this is the life! Smile for the cameras baby girl!

One more is never enough!

All this lime light is making me drowsy!

Look how long I am! This is how I like to roll! Thanks for the lift Jourdan. That is my foster Daddy in the background, Glenn! He is really nice.

I cannot image being a dumped stray basset hound and this family finding me. Sometimes a hound wins the life lottery. He could still be stuck in that dank holding tank waiting for a lift to the nearest pound. Not our GABE! He is safely tucked into his foster home, waiting for his forever home.

We need to get him through Wednesday and recovery. I will keep everyone updated for sure!
