Chaps has a sponge bath with scented water!

Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and sponge bath lovers: Today Grandma and I had Chaps in the beauty shop. We gave him a sponge bath with scented water followed by a soothing massage.
After his massage we laid warm bath cloths on his head to smooth his wrinkles. You know a boy hound only wants to look his best.
Grandma and I will be recording his professional photo shoot tomorrow and reporting back to his fans. After all, he could not have accomplished the honor of Yellow Page Cover Dog without his fans. Slurp

Smoothing the wrinkles on a basset hound? I don’t think even Botox could help with that! Chaps, you are beautiful just the way you are. Can’t wait to see the photo shoot (no thunderstorms forecasted either!). 🙂
Chaps must smell sweet tomorrow. How did he like his spa treatment? Did Emma get any services? I’ve just come from the spa myself, having had a salt glo/mud wrap. I feel so god. Now I hope nothing spoils it! Slurp
Chaps wrinkles are part of his handsomeness like Kirk Douglas’ chin dimple. Chaps won’t look like his rugged handsome self.
I think if Mayor Chaps wore any fragrance it would probably be “Brut”; or maybe, English Leather, if he didn’t wear that he’d wear nothing at all!
