Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and Disco Dining Lovers! Yes! I said Disco Dining! We are all doing the hustle because of Emma turning the beat around! Yes, folks it seems like a miracle but Emma feels so much better it is time to do the bump!

OK – let me just tell you how cool it is to have a disco ball hanging in your dining room, facing the direction of the sun rise. Chaps, Emma and I have disco dining almost every morning. It’s a sure fire way to start your day with a smile and hustle your way to work!

Here is Emma feeling so much better getting ready to bark for her meal. Look at the disco shine on her chop area!

Here are Chaps and Emma getting ready to do a line dance or maybe the bump. I told Emma not to get too carried away she is on strict doctor’s orders to rest. I allowed a few Travolta moves!

Chaps, being the macho, macho man that he is gave Emma a kiss for St. Patrick’s day and then it was off for bed rest…….doctor’s orders!

The disco light show only happens for about 8 minutes every morning as the sun rises. It is really uplifting and fun. Totally worth the cost of a cheap disco ball. Plus you can dance after breakfast. Here is a family favorite!

More disco dining and dancing later……Love, Cat, Chaps and Emma

Emma, Chaps, Grandpa, Grandma and you really know how to live it up. If its not Mardi Gras you make it so.
Glad to hear Emma is recuperating nicely.

I can’t believe the way we dressed in the 60s and 70s. I look at photos of myself, and I can’t believe that I went out of the house with frosty pink lipstick (called Iced Cotton Candy), Dippty Doo hair jell, plazo pants, clogg shoes, blue frosted eye shadow, and Sweet Honesty cologne.

    glad she’s on the mend!

i do have to admit that you tube is a vice of mine….i’ll admit to watching (and singing loudly and badly) to old videos. they are fun to watch and free!

my other vice: cafe press and zazzle. just about any stupid idea you can think of someone else already has and has made a silly shirt of.

can you people tell i don’t sleep so well at times???????

Bailey and I would do the hustle, but my bustle is much bigger than it was in the 70’s!

Glad to hear that Emma is doing so much better.

    Anyone for a shamrock shake????

Glad Emma is feeling better. Our Vanna and Miss Tee use to get UTI’s rather often. Even we humans don’t feel that great when we get them. Hugs and kisses to Em and the Mayor

Burn that mutha down y’all! One of my very favorite disco songs. We used to jazzercise to it when I was taking jazzercise in the late 70s (I was in elementary school of course). Thanks Cat!
