Three new residents in bassethoundtown!
Howllo Fellow Basset Hound Town and new resident lovers! I am proud to present our newest residents to my dear readers……(drum roll)
Are those baby blues not the cutest things you have ever seen? Well, Momma sure thinks so!
Yes, fellow robin lovers we have eggs! Remember, I named Momma, Verna years ago. I know it is her. I can tell from her eyes.
Chaps and Emma wandered out back earlier today and it did not even phase her. This was Emma’s first time walking on my tiny back deck on her own. Verna is in the nest, you may be able to see her if you click the picture. (middle pot)
I loved seeing 3 eggs. 3 is my lucky number…….
More lucky numbers later………Love, Cat, Chaps and Emma
P.S. Tiffany – eat your heart out! That color belongs to the Robin! LOL
Good deal! Did you have babies the last time Verna was there?
The eggs and robin are lovely. What’s more lovely is the sight of Chaps and Emma outside together and Emma walking on her own … simply beautiful.
Cindy –
She did and they are in the Lily book. I did a few photo shop elements on them, but here they are.
I made them blue to match the blue bird that follows Lily around.
It was so much fun watching them and now we can do it again!

Thank you OM!
You are so sweet to support us. Your comments really lift us up. Emma gets her stitches out tomorrow. We are so excited.
Today she got her confirmation for her appointment and the girl calling was so excited to see her tomorrow. She said everyone is looking forward to Emma coming in!
How proud am I?
Mommy
Aaaaawwww…it’ll be so fun walking in to the vets office and they’ll all be so excited at how Emma has progressed. There’s no way Emma could have come as far as she has without the love and special attention that you and Grandma have given her. Jethro gets his stitches out today at 2:30! We’re all excited. Then we’re going on a field trip to my friends house. Jethro will be so excited to be Mommy’s center of attention for a few hours. With 3 other siblings he rarely gets undivided attention anymore. So, good luck at he vet’s office with Emma! I know the outcome is going to be fantastic because of the outstanding care she has received. Let us know how it went!
Kerry – it is very peaceful and beautiful. I gain a lot of strength from my hounds. I hope you and your family have a wonderful Easter.
