Well, Winnie is part of a pretty large transport this weekend. She is traveling with a group called Tiny Hineys which is made up of, well, Tiny Hineys! Is that not the cutest name for a rescue that does the small breeds?

Well Cat, with your love of “Basset Backsides”, it would only figure that you would love a transport group called “Tiny Hineys”! So cute.
Yep, that sounds like a rescue Cat would get involved in. Maybe we can open up a rescue for basset hounds called “Big Butts”. Man, sometimes I wish I didn’t live in the most southern part of the US. I’d love to get involved in these transports. Oh well. Some day when I retire and I’m traveling the US I’ll try to do some transport. If we have room!

YES, YES, YES, Winnie will be at House of Puddles on Mother’s day! Can you just believe that? An over bred mother basset getting the gift of a life time on Mother’s day. I just am so thrilled for our Winnie. I cannot wait to hear all about it!

That’s good to hear Cat. The link didn’t update as to whether all the legs on the transport had been filled. We were hoping that Winnie’s arrival – finally – at a loving home would not be delayed. How great that it will be Mother’s Day!
