Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and wondering what Chaps is thinking lovers!

I was plowing through some of my 7000 pictures on my computer and this picture in particular caught my eye. I went back to it and began to wonder…….

What was Chaps thinking?????????????

    For some reason Cat, I think it’s more likely the Mayor was thinking about cheese or McD’s french fries. YES!
