Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and Vintage Picture of Chloe Lovers. Chloe was my second basset hound, my first snuggle hound. I miss her every day.
She was my Chlosterama Young Drama Hound!
She was an under the blanket hound just like Emma. We loved to snuggle.
After Chloe passed, it was about a year later. A young boy rang my door bell. I answered. He had my Chloe’s yellow tag in his hand. Her tag had fallen off of her collar years ago. It is the yellow one in the picture. He said, “Mame, I found this and I thought you would want it.”
I looked down and my bottom lip quivered.
I told him,
“You do not know how special this is to me”!
He looked up at me and said,
“I think I know because you are crying.”
I bent down and kissed his cheek…..
He looked so proud. I am so proud of him………….
Chloe’s yellow tag is now on her urn. I touch it every day……….
