Pupdate on Romeo! Our Baby English Mastiff……
Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and Baby English Mastiff Lovers! Well, many of us are going to become one of those in basset hound town!
I went over to my sisters for dinner tonight and had a puppy session with our Romeo. He has gained about 12 pounds in 15 days. OMG! He is so cute and very sweet. Here is a picture of Julian with him a few days ago.
He is just a bundle of bear cub joy!

They grow up so fast……The next time I see himz I might not be able to pick himz up! Sigh……
OMG!!!!!!! When I got home the kids were on the back porch making sounds like I have never heard in my life. I think they smelled the pup and my love for that pup! The kids went into sniff mania when I walked in and they continued, what Grandma calls vacuuming, for about 15 minutes. When I sat on the floor to let them smell my shirt Chaps went into chatter overdrive. He was having a full face quake! Sup with that?

Maybe Chaps’ vacuum needs a new belt? Ha! I think he just had it on the lowest setting and was really in to what he was discovering. Man, that puppy just keeps getting cuter! I know they are enjoying him. It’ll be fun watching him grow up.
Chaps was probably wondering what you were doing with another dog. Do you have divided loyalities? Why would you need to pet and play with an interloper when you have Chaps and Emma.
Bassets always know when you’ve been unfaithful. lol
Romeo is so darn cute. He’s going to be one cool looking dog when he’s full grown.
