Today was the day I found Lily…15 years ago!

Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and Stray Hound Lovers! That was my Lily Pad! Yes dear readers it was 15 years ago today that I found my Lily. She was a stray wondering the streets of a project area new my home town. The manager of the project area found my Lily and one thing lead to another and she was soon to be mine. Here is blog I did about her last year on this date. She was and is such a good girl!

This must be why I saw Hannah heading for her reading spot with the Lily book tucked under her arm first thing yesterday morning.
You and Lily were meant to be a family. I’m so glad you found each other. I know you love and miss her always. Bassets do stay in your heart.
How very sweet. Lily was a very special basset and thanks to her a lot of very good things have happened for the better of other bassets. She truly lives on.
In every picture you share of Lily, she looks more sweeter and softer than in the previous picture I saw of her. How is this possible?
