Howl is everyone doing, falling back?

Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and falling back lovers….

The kids seem to be falling back nicely. I was surprised because Emma has a body clock like you would not believe. At 3:29pm she starts whining for her 3:30pm dinner. It always amazes me! Our Emma! She was so cute this morning. I was in my office working and I had to put something in the mail box. I walked past Emma taking her morning nap and saw that I had forgot to put her cuddle blanket on her. She is so cold natured.

Can you believe that she got herself under that pillow! Silly baby girl!

I had to show you a close up. So, I went and got her cuddle blankee…

“Thank you Mommy, I think I will fall back asleep now!” Then, all was right in the world no matter what time it was…..

More falling back later……Love, Cat, Chaps and Emma

That sounds like something you would read in a children’s book.

I just love Ms. Emma! Mine start screaming and yelling for 4:00 supper at 3:00! When I’m home. On work days they get fed when I get home. But Sunday they started wanting to be fed at 2:00! I gave in at 3:30.

What a long day this is!!! Wish we had one time, so we don’t have to go through this twice a year!!!!

buster and emma would be great friends! he has to buried under all the blankies all year round! you come into the room and all you see on the bed is this giant mound of blankets and maybe a foot sticking out. once in a blue moon if you disturb him a grumble will come from deep inside the mound…it’s like “buster…get out from under the blankets you lazy slug and see what it is you are grumbling at…”

if you don’t leave him enough blankets for proper coverage at night, he will head butt you until you are moved out of the way enough until there is enough. damn fool!

and of course…within about a week or soo he will begin complaining that he MUST have his winter coat on…even the teeny tiny wimpy dogs won’t be wearing theirs yet but buster will…and it will stay on until april when i will drag it off of his body. and he will then MOPE for days.

    cold blooded? ya think???

Lois – that is so funny. You must get that coat out and on that poor hound. Chloe used to wear a sweater almost non stop. In the summer I crank the AC and she would need her sweater. She would carry it back to me in her mouth. I have to look for picture of that. Too Cute.

I had never tried to put Slinky in a coat. I have enough trouble with the snoods and costumes I have purchased for her.
