Beautiful! Beutiful! That is very cool how they are in step with either other just perfectly. And I LOVE the laced ear!

We were in the town of Beaune in France a few months before adopted Harley and we saw a huge senior basset in the little square. His name was Nimbus and he actually looked like a lumbering old cloud! I took it as a sign–we had applied with the rescue a few weeks before we left on our trip in October and got Harley in December:) A few years later we were in Siena, Italy, and outside of the cathedral we saw a man walking two big bassets, Ernesto and Calisto–talk about heaven! Of course I took pictures and can remember their names to this day:)

I watched video. Did you all see the Basset crap? The whole house is full of trophies and other basset stuff. Cute cat too. The cat is champion also, it seems.

You said Austria Cat, but they are not speaking German. It sounds more like Czech or Hungarian?

Cool hounds though. And you are right, even though they are champions they are very much part of the family.

Oh that grass. Wish there was a way to get that type grass to grow in TX. Too hot, I’m sure. Bookmarked this kennel to go back to for a Basset fix when I need one.

    Thanks for finding it.

You know what Mary, I think you are right. The picture on face book said that they were in Austria but I think it must have been for a dog show. I think the kennel is in Hungry. I looked on their website and I could not find an address. I must go see the video!
