Ready, set, go! Part 2 of our walk today – Enzo and Romeo!
Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and House Guest Lovers: Today we took part 2 of our walk with Enzo and Romeo. They were such good boys on their walk and they loved every minute of it.
Rest, set, go!
Romeo is such a puppy and leaped and bounded like a true pup!
Here we are at the bench Grandpa sits on in the Lily book!
We were resting here after we counted about 30 or so smiles. Then we moved on. I spotted an orange stone wall that I thought would make a pretty back drop for a photo shoot! Romeo has a fair amount of orange in his coat and Enzo had on an orange harness in support of the Bengals. Did they win?
Here is what I proclaimed the “money shot” of the day! Make sure you click on it to see full detail!
This one comes in a close second…..
Snort, snort…..
I am please to report that all hounds are snoring away after dinner. I think a glass or more of wine is in order for moi!
More ready, set, go later…..Love, Cat, Chaps, Emma, Enzo and Romeo!
i love romeo’s black mask…what a face…he is a cutie…i can imagine the smiles a pug and a mastiff…
he has really shot up…there is a mastiff at our park…norm! such a gentle smush…he is a therapy dog does work at the pediatrics wing in the hospital…they love him there…he goes about 170. best part is that he is a fraidy cat!
oh well…time to check the place for a nutritious dessert after the nutritious dinner of frozen pizza!
Beautiful shots, all the way around. Romeo is stunning. I’m glad he and Enzo are doing so well.
Is that a University of Kentucky sweatshirt you’re wearing?
OM – but of course! I never take off my U of K sweatshirt, that is unless I am wearing VMI!
Cat
My son Kevin and his wife Jen came home on Wednesday with their two Australian Shepherds. What a difference in the energy level of these guys compared to my hounds. Bumper and Abby were very happy when Zoey and Lexi were safely put in the back of their car for the trip home to Louisville. Only one minor squabble between Bumper and Zoey and then Abby came in from behind to cheap shot Lexi. Oh well we will be repeating this weekend in about 4 weeks.
That picture of Romeo is a real keeper. Do Mastiffs drool alot? He looks like he could be a real drool producer with those “loose” lips.
Does Enzo get jealous of the puppy? Do they play?
Don’t know how old Enzo is and if he would want to play.
You had a great day walking the dogs and the weather seemed ideal for a fine fall walk.
Enzo and Romeo are quite handsome, but they also look like you couldn’t put anything over on either of them.
