Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and loving cute comics lovers. Thank you Sandy dear for sending this to me. I opened your e-mail and had to LOL! It really struck me because this morning this could have easily been Chaps and Emma! hehehe
I certainly make sure the Mayor and Emma gets inside very quickly after their business. Grandma actually re-cleared a path for them today. I had done one yesterday. Bassets really enjoy a clear path!

OMG – this could have been Bailey, too. He likes the snow, but not when his ‘parts’ get cold!
I’m lucky I have girls now. They are a bit upset though, because mom won’t shovel the whole acre of land they are used to sniffing around in. It’s just not good enough to have a big winding path with little cutoffs that lead to a big cleared “do your business” area so you are not leaving messes in the main path. Such spoiled hounds.
I used this card several years ago, I still get the giggles when I see it.
