George is the woof who comes tearing up to Tia right at the start of the clip.
Unfortunately his owner emailed me on Saturday to say she wouldn’t be collecting him. She’s decided she’s not well enough to have a dog.
We weren’t super surprised because they hadn’t even remembered it was his birthday when they dropped him off.
Still, he was has been cared for very well. I can see that.
It’s just that he was my absolute favourite from the litter. I would love to keep him myself but the family won’t let me have a fifth permanent resident at Kennel Börkwood even if it’s me who takes care of them.
Thankfully, I’ve got a family who live just 10 minutes away who are keen to have him. They came to visit him yesterday and the three girls loved him to bits, as did the mom and dad.
George has no behavioural issues what so ever so I figure they’ll adore him just like I do. He’s going to visit them for a week from next weekend. After that, they can decide if they will offer him a forever home.

George is so lucky to have you. I am so glad that it sounds like he is going to have a new start in life with a wonderful family. Plus you can have fun checking on him and he can come to visit. He is beautiful and fun. I can see why you are so attached.
