This is a fairly long contest that has 12 voting periods each a week long. If Nell wins just one voting period she is in the running to win the big prize of 10K which she will be donating to House of Puddles!!!

    Thanks Cat! The Bissell contest is a little strange. It’s several separate week long contests, instead of allowing the votes to total up over the entire contest. It appears the winners each week have nothing to do with public preferences, but just how well they use social marketing sites (not my forte). We just need to get Nell one big week. The leaders this week already have over 200 votes. If anyone can forward Nell’s link to big social networking sites, please do so. We love the work Marilyn does, and would count it a great honor to be able to do this for HOP!

    So, Chaps said he was going to visit Grandpa. Howl did that go? When will Grandpa get to come home?

    He did not go today because we were still wondering what would be the best time, but we will tomorrow and young Emmers gets to go as well. We are not sure when GP will come home but he is making great progress. Thanks for asking Cindy!
