Is Emma part baby bear cub in her hybernation state?

Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and bassets as baby bear cub lovers. Our Emma seems so sleepy. She seems like a hibernating baby bear cub! Here she is this morning. I just had to capture it!
I was just wondering about something. Since she went blind Emma seems to sleep more. Do you think that it is because when she dreams she sees Chaps and I? I know this may seem a funny question but I was just wondering???

Ever since our Emma went blind I noticed that she like to sleep a bit more.

Emma sees and feels you and Chaps in her heart. She sees everyday how wonderful her life is–thanks to her Mommy. Maybe I’ve had too much wine.

i believe miss emma still “sees” in her mind..she still visualizes things..i would think that is how she processes things …that wouldn’t change…
she sleeps more because yup she dreams of you & chaps & the grands all the time…but mostly she sleeps because she must conserve her energy so that she can be all the diva she must be!
it takes energy to always present such a perfect image to the camera…and that is tiring…so one must indeed rest…
so there..the secret of the stars has been revealed..it’s true i read it in the enquirer!!!! (and you know they only write the truth!)
I’m sure she sees you and Chaps in her dreams all the time. Dream on sweet girl, dream on.
Emma can see you, Chaps, Grandma and Granddad in her heart and mind and she always see you young and with love, trust me on this she can see better than most people i know!!
