Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and wishing Audra a happy birthday lovers! OK, OK, for those of you who don’t know, Audra is Colby Chaps Mommy! Everyone knows Colby Chaps! LOL!!!! Well Colby Chaps has a little sister! Her name is Abby! Here is a picture of sweet Abby the day that Audra rescued her!
Well, the poor little thing was a stray covered in ticks and every bone was showing. Audra’s Mom found her on the side of a busy road.
Look how skinny she was next to Colby Chaps!
Audra and her family work diligently in the TX and all around basset hound town helping bassets in need.
So today we celebrate Audra! Happy Birthday Sweet Audra!

Abby looks well loved and cared for now, compared to when she was rescued!
It always upsets me massively when I hear of neglect and cruelty to lovely Bassets and imagine the misery they must feel when not knowing if they’re going to be fed or not!
It’s shocking when such helpless animals who depend on people for food, love and cuddles are not getting any of it! :o((
Our Bassets can’t fit inside an empty IAMS bag that my son videoed today, but I’m sure that poor Abby would have disappeared inside!
