Emma needs to carve out a place to call her own!

Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and carving out a place for yourself lovers……
Poor Emma, always playing second fiddle to the Mayor! Herz is always waiting in the wings for what ever scraps of bed she can squeeze in to.
LOL!!!!
Oh Emmers……
Always getting her bite of the apple!
This is priceless!
Just a simple girl with a dream!
More carving out a place for yourself later….Love, Cat, Chaps and Emma
Poor Emma, she has such a ruff life!!!
Looks more like the Mayor is the one in need of a little more room!
What Emma is saying is “Hey Big Boy…move over here I come”. I am the Princess!!!!!
I love Emma’s pattie, and I admire the way she can always make herself comfortable, even if she has to become a contortionist. Emma should work for Cirque de Soleil(sp).
Nothing is more cute than an upside down basset. They just crack me up! I agree with OneMom about the mayor needing the space. Poor Chaps.
Oh Emma, I didn’t know you were so dramatic! Giving Angela some competition? or are you doing photo op for a doggie magazine? You really are a beautiful girl and being blind doesn’t seem to affect your sleeping at all! um, I wonder why?
I dunno-she looks pretty comfortable to me.
I love the close up one with her jowl hanging down! Too cute!
Tummy Kisses:)
It seems to me that Emma is the bed hog. Poor Chaps is in need of more space. I guess if he knew that he would head to the worry bed so we better be quiet.
Judy thanks for the laugh this morning! Poor Mayor in his worry bed!
Jethro has a “pout pallet”. I have a big pallet that I made years ago with a comforter and 2 egg crates. It’s only full sized so it’s kind of hard to get 4 hounds and me on it all at the same time. But when I made it I only had 2 hounds. Anyway, Jethro gets upset when he’s the only one on the pallet and I’ll lay with him then the others squeeze in and the next thing I know Jethro is gone. So, I made him a small pallet just for him and its in the corner of the room away from everybody else. He uses it every day! His pout pallet!
Cindy now I have heard it all! a pout pallet. That is too funny. We need a pic of that!
Cat
I thought about taking one last night! You’ll crack up. It’s actually in a corner and he balls everything up and sits there with this look on his face that’s just so pitiful. Then he’ll lay down and give a big sigh.
Cindy – you must get the children’s book called “Bed Hogs” – it is exactly what you just described with Jethro except with real hogs. One of our favorites.
