Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and Best Days of My Life Lovers….
This was the day I arrived at BoBac Bassets to pick up our Emma and our Chaps. I was so happy! Ya think?!
Check out our girl. That is her bottom right! Our Emmers! Oh, I was so happy that day and every day I have spent with our girl! Can you believe howl sweet she is? There are 5 pups in this picture. One was adopted out the day before we arrived and one passed over to the bridge.

OMD! It was so much fun. Grandma and I trekking across the USA to TX. I sure wish we knew you then Cindy. You could have come with us.
I don’t know of anything, sweeter, cuter, and softer than Basset puppies.
I didn’t know you got Emma and Chaps at the same time. I thought Chaps came first and then Emma.
And I would have come with you Cat! Texas is a real big state but I would have no problem driving up to meet you for such a special occassion.
Bassets are the cutest puppies!
I forget Cat, did you know you were getting Chaps when you went down there or were you going just to get Emma?

Hi OM – I am going to blog about that in more detail in my next Slog entry. I hope to have that done by tomorrow night. At the point of this picture I did know I was getting the Mayor, howl ever, it was kind of interesting on howl it happened. Thank Dog I left with the Mayor firmly a part of our family!
