7th Grade here we come!
Hollow Fellow Basset Hound and 7th Grade Lovers! Well, we are sure one of those in BHT! Yesterday Grandma and I had a welcome to 7th grade party for our boy Julian! First off we took him to his check in day. We filtered through a series of events like, school picture!
The we did eye examination, pick up school atheletic wear, booster table, school supplies, and English reading novels. One was the Princess Bride!
Then we went to his locker and stocked it up!
I was checking out the other kids near him. I saw a cute girl! I remember, I was in 7th grade once, 100 years ago!
Then it was home for a pizza party! After we ate Emma actually crawled into Julian’s lap for a fantastic movie!
HITCHHIKER’S GUIDE TO THE GALAXY!
She hitchhiked through 2 hours of dreams and never moved….
More hitchhiking through the 7th grade later….Love, Cat, Chaps and Emma
Boy how time flies…..Can’t believe Julian is taller than Grandma!! Sounds like you all had a great day! Next thing we know he will be in High School…yikes!
I think the Mayor and Emma need to visit Julian’s school. That would be so cool.
Hi Julian! Good luck in school this year! You have gotten so tall!
J is huge! good luck is school!
Goodness. Yes, time DOES fly! I’ve only been reading this blog since 2007 and has grown in to a nice looking young man!
Oh boy, sounds like you guys had so much fun! That is so cool that your sister lets you and grandma be such an active part of his life. I just got back from taking my niece (12) and nephew (15) shopping at Aeropostale. Jeans were $40 and $50!!! Yikes! Thank doG for the buy one get one free sale! Dylan had a gift certificate I gave him for x-mas so he used that and my niece had some money from her Dad. Then I bought them a few shirts. So they’re set with 5 outfits a piece now. Then I took them out to eat at Panera Bread. Never been there before and it was very good. It was all well worth the $100.
Good luck Julian. Wow 7th grade! Where does the time go. Looks like Emma doesn’t want Julian to go back to school–and she is going to stay in his lap to keep him put.
