Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and rain lovers…..We are sure one of those because we NEED RAIN! Everything is really dead and brown.

got a petsmart..do what i do go there instead…on rainy days. lots of fun, slippery floors make for lots of exercise & excitement counts for exercise.
or just go for a ride..its not a walk but still something different.
You can have our rain. We need to make hay and the Princess hates walking on wet grass. Dog forbid, she get her pawpaws wet:0
I say you tell him the truth if it’s raining. Go to the door and show him it’s raining and he won’t want to go out.

We decided to stay home and sulk. It was a nothing burger day. We really needed the rain. I watched some really awful movies last night.
Anyone see Shutter Island? That one was OK but when it ends the way it did I get all freaked out thinking what? What did I miss? I love google. I just googled, Shutter Island ending and some really good food for thought came up.

This is the first day without rain in a LONG time here in the UP. Nice to see the blue sky. Still chilly though. Nell and Sophie are out in the backyard and actually content to stay out for awhile.
OM – That Nell sure has a coat for the winter but Sophie not so much. Maybe you can knit a coat for Sophie out of Nell’s extra????

Slinky always regards rainy days as an automatic extra treat day. Since she has been inconvenience she feels she deserves something extra.
As for Shutter Island, that’s not my kind of movie. I like a good thriller or mystery but I do not like Horror and Gore!
