A gentleman walking past Chaps and I today told me that.
Can you imagine howl I smiled? Chaps was prancing like a dandy down the VMI parade ground as we headed towards Washington and Lee University which is in prancing distance.
Yesterday we saw this!
As we all know, the Mayor loves to march!

happy birthday big guy…& in honor of that miss sally is off to her 2nd round of birthday parties! yesterday she romped on the beach with some basset buddies & today her foster mom is throwing a huge birthday bash for her litter & another litter that she had at about the same time (very brave woman!)
