Does Emma have an unusually long neck?

Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and wondering if a long basset hound named Emma has an unusually long neck lovers????????
What do you think? I took this picture of our Shimlette drinking water today and it kind of made me wonder…
Is her neck abnormally long? Her body is very long as well.
Not the best picture to show her length, but cute none the less! Hehehe

Slinky’s neck is like this and her legs are not real short as well. Slinky is the long slender and lean type of Basset.
Poor Emma. She can’t even drink without the papparozzi!!! HA! Her neck is long but I don’t think it’s unusual.
