Chaps supervises the hanging of the wreath!

Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and Chaps being a supervisor lovers…

A few days ago Wade, the person who does all of my yard work and landscaping, came over to help, aka do everything, with the out door decorations.

See the Mayor in the window? He never took his eyes off of Wade. Emma was laying right next to the Mayor. Unfortunately, that night the wreath did not come on with the other lights which are on the timing system that could run Rockefeller Center. I was so upset. Anyway, last night I was looking at the pretty lights covered in snow and thinking howl Grandpa would have known howl to turn on the wreath.

Can you believe howl pretty they look?

Then as I was gazing outside an intense thought popped into my head. The strong thought was, “flip the switch”. Flip the switch? What switch? So, kind of freaked out I went down to the electrical grid (I should take a picture of this thing) and there, right next to one of the many panels was a light switch….turned off. None of the other timers are on a switch. I flipped the switch. I was thinking the entire way back upstairs, this can’t be the problem, none of the other lights need a switch???

Low and behold the wreath was shining like a beacon in the night…

Who knew that “Flip the switch” would be the best Christmas gift I have ever gotten?

(((((((Grandpa)))))))))

More loving life’s little miracles later…..Cat, Chaps and Emma

P.S. I will take a picture of the wreath tonight! Maybe I can get the Mayor and Shimmers in the window! hehehehe

Howl pretty! I knew Grandpa would come through for you. And with Chaps supervising it couldn’t have been done wrong!

I know snow is such a pain but it would be so nice to have some down in south texas this time of year just so it felt more like Christmas.

I know howl you feel, a number of times I forgot about something. I was once coming home and I thought how nice the house would smell because of some cinnamon bread I was baking. When I left the house earlier, Ooops! I forgot to turn on the stove.
