The Mayor helps his Mom clean!

Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and Cleaning Lovers…(LOL)
Well, today the Mayor helped me clean. So, the main thing I wanted to accomplish was vacuuming!
Before I can vacuum I must dry mop, before I dry mop I must shake the throw rugs, before I shake the throw rugs I must…..
FURMINATE!
and FURMINATE!
All I have to do is show him the furminator and he lays right down on his side. It is so cute!
Of course then I have to do all of the dog bedding because a furminated Mayor can’t get into a hairy bed!

I have filled three wastebaskets that size from Daisy alone in the last few days. She is truly MOLTING. It’s coming off in frightening clumps. I’m thinking about shaving her like a poodle…
I say, forget about everything else and just vacuum! Vacuum the floors, vacuum the rugs, vacuum the mayor!
Chaps has enough fur for another Basset.
