Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and sitting on the edge of your seat wondering about the Thundershirt lovers……
OMD! I was so excited yesterday! The Thundershirt arrived. What great service!
We got right to work with our product review. Here is the Mayor smelling his new item.
Next we went over all of the instructions. First they say to place it on the floor, still folded and put a treat on it. Perfect! We can do that!
The Mayor woofed down his treat and continued smelling.
He seemed a bit skeptical.
Then we made over him like there was no tomorrow as I was putting the Thundershirt, AKA the hope for peace and tranquility, on him.
It is supposed to fit very snug. The size large was perfect for him. He seemed a bit confused as to why this thing was so strange feeling. You can see it in his face.
Anyway, he really liked the next instruction!
“Give your dog another treat!”
Grandma gave 2 treats! hehehe
Then the instruction was to leave on for 5 to 10 minutes before removing. We left it on him for 7.5 minutes.
The Mayor went for a disco drink, no problem….
This is the top view….
I hazard to guess you will not see a cuter guy in a Tundershirt! LOL
So far all is great. He seems to like his new TS.
Anyway, very early this morning, about 5:30ish, I was awake for some reason. Chaps was sleeping to my left. A bright flash of lighting lit up the living room. Seconds later, the loud clap of thunder….
I did not move a muscle and get this…neither did Chaps. He slept through it?!?! Well, I was all ready to grab the shirt but I did not need it. It was just one odd bolt. Nothing else.
I will be reporting more on our new Thundershirt as it unfolds.
More watching the radar later….Love, Cat, Chaps and Emma
