Anyone ever heard of The Sebastian Foundation?

Has anyone heard of this basset hound rescue, The Sebastian Foundation? I was just wondering because I heard something about it a few weeks ago and then saw this YouTube just now…..

I love that ladies laugh….

    I’ve never heard of that organization either.
