I had to share this picture with all the residents of bassethoundtown. A few days ago we went over to Romeo’s home to celebrate Julian’s birthday. Romeo ran to Grandma and basically never left her side.
Now this is one big lap doggie!

Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and wondering what Emma is doing lovers. Today, I looked outside for Shimlette and saw her laying on the top step. Howl did she position herself like that?

I saw Grandma out back and was trying to get her attention. I wanted her take a picture from the other direction…I just thought she looked so cute!
Is that the Mayor’s paw I see in the background?
“Excuse me Emma, can I get by?”
And then the cute moment was over….

Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and not loving fireworks lovers….Well, we here at bassethoundtown headquarters do not like fireworks. For the next week or so, this is where the Mayor will be for several hours every night.
The Mayor is such a brave boy. I just hate this for him.
