Howlow Fellow Basset Hound and being too hot not lovers…..;) Gawd, here in bassethoundtown it is so hot the hounds don’t even want to wander out side. Chaps sticks his head out the dog door and that’s about it.
What what a difference a season makes. Check out this Tube I did a few years ago. We had so much fun that day.
Here is hoping this will help cool you down as well.
More loving Harry and the snow later….Cat, Chaps and Emma
Slinky loves the snow, she thinks it something special just for her and she really enjoys a snow bath.
It’s hard to believe that winter and snow are just a few months away.
The other day at K-Mart, I saw them putting out Halloween candy and constumes.
It’s not that bad up here in PA, thank doG! The humidity is down, we had rain last night and it was cloudy today. A nice respite…Love the video! I love winter and can’t wait! At the very least, the autumn:) Yesterday I saw the spiced wafers, apple cider and candy corn put out in the aisle of the grocery store:( Good grief, that’s a bit much, I think;)

Yes, I agree about the retail items. They get earlier every year….PA sounds really nice!
Oh boy I needed that blast of cooooooool! I drove the boys two hours to the Big City last night to watch the AAA league baseball game, our last big adventure before school starts for all three of us. So much fun! Didn’t get home until 1 am, a great time had by all. But it was hotter than hades, and I had a fitful sleep. This cooling video helps! And it’s adorable. 🙂
My favorite part was watching Chaps and Emma play. How adorable! Oh how I wish it was snowing here but we rarely get snow. Maybe once every 5 years for a day and it lasts maybe 2 hours before it melts away. It’s been 100 or above here for the last 5 days and we expect it to be 100 or more the next 2 days. Thank doG for AC. And I pray they don’t implement 15 to 45 minute black outs due to overuse of electricity. We’re doing our part to conserve. I hope others are too!
Hey Binko – Wow, that AAA game sounds like fun. I bet you and your boys had a blast. What a nice summer time thing to do.
Chaps had a fitful sleep too last night. Emma was on the couch and he wanted her in the bed! What a control freak. Gotta love Emma. She stayed put and Chaps finally jumped up next to her.
Cindy – It was fun watching them play. I am pretty sure Miss. Emma still have sight in one of her eyes. She still plays every night with Chaps (if he is not to grumpy). She is amazing.
I sure hope that the rolling black outs are not imposed either. That would be too freaky. Keep me posted…..
Heat index in Houston was 110 yesterday. No rolling black outs yet. I’m not sure if the black outs would affect us because we are 20 mins further south. But, I do remember it happening to us on Galveston Island one day when I was at work.
Emma always amazes me. You are so lucky to have her and she’s very lucky to have you.
