Emma is so funny and cute….

Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and Emma lovers…..Just now I was working in the office and Chaps was in the middle of the office bed. I heard Emma coming down the hall. She walked over to the bed and smelled all around the side of Chaps. It took her well over 3 minutes but she did skinny in to the side of the bed. She knows that the Mayor can cop a bassatude if he becomes disturbed.
3 minute mission accomplished. The Mayor stayed calm and Emma, if only hanging on by a thread, made it into the bed with nary a “tude”.

Nobody but Emma could deal with Chaps. What a cute pair. Oh how Chaps sounds sooooo much like my Jethro. A grump to the max.
Emma is soooooooooooooo sensitive to everyone’s feelings.
Emma is sooooooo precious and sweet!!!! Colby chaps takes after his Dad — he is a ‘grump’ too when he is sleeping and doesn’t want to be disturbed. I will send you some photos of his B-day play day. He was 9 last Friday — does that make Chaps feel old?
Audra – I can’t believe we failed to wish my grand hound a happy birthday. What is wrong with me? Please send me pictures so I can post them for all of the residents to enjoy. It cracks me up that Colby Chaps is nine and his big Daddy is 10. Too funny.
