Another great day at the Nationals!
Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and Nationals update lovers! Well, we had another great day. We started out first thing to the airport to pick up Hal’s Mom Kaz and her friend Mari. It was so much fun. I cannot believe I forgot to take a picture. I was so anxious to transport my precious passengers to the Drawbridge Inn I did not take a picture. I am such a putz. I am slapping myself for you. Don’t worry too much, I will get pictures tomorrow. These girls are the best and so sweet. They loved my basset hauling vehicle. Come on, it is way cool!
So, it was another day of hugging hounds. First this bright eyed guy. I was in LOVE!
He was one good looking boy that I really enjoyed.
Then I enjoyed this pretty pack of hounds!
I was hoping I would make enough money at the House of Puddles booth to buy this for Marilyn. It only cost 27 thousand dollars. Maybe we can find a semi to make the transport to the puddle palace. hehehe
Do you all remember me blogging about this sculpture?
I would give my eye tooth. I don’t think Pat Kennedy the sculpture would take my eye tooth but I would give it. I am so in love with this piece.
Well, now I have something to dream of tonight….
More Nationals News Tomorrow! Love, Cat, Chaps and Emma
PS – don’t forget to vote for Shimlette…..
PPS – We saw a lot of hounds walking away from us today. My Mom said, “not a single hound has the twist that Emma does”! Emma sure can shake it!
I love that bronze statue so cool
That statue would look good in your back yard, Cat.
Candy – YES!
No, don’t buy the statue, Cat, get them to donate it to HOP! What a raffle we would have. LOL! Wish I could have some of that carpeting in my house, too.
I think there should be a bronze sculpture of you, Cat, because of all the love you give to Bassets everywhere, and because Basset Hound Town would be at a loss without you. You are its most important citizen.
I think your Mom is right, Our Emma has one sassy sashay!
Marilyn – carpet at HOP?! Oh my. 😉
