Howllo Fellow Basset Hound Lovers! We sure hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving!

Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and gobble gobble lovers…..Can you believe it?  Thanksgiving is over.  What?

I still have flowers on my back deck.

I am just so glad my sister, the best cook that I know, had our annual family dinner.  OMDawg!

When did my nephew get so tall?

Time sure flies, unlike a turkey.

We all had a great time (Chaps and Emma not included).  They were so used to having me in the bed for hours on end it was hard on them.

Until I got home and made their Thanksgiving Dinner!

“Extra white meat for both of us Mommy and then lets all get back in bed.”

More extra white meat for everyone later….Love, Cat, Chaps and Emma

PS – I have to say my favorite thing is the turkey sammie on white bread, slice of sharp cheddar, course black pepper, and extra mayo, all at midnight.  Talk about livin’.

Wow! Julian is tall! Seems like there’s a time when they just shoot up, doesn’t it? My nephew is 16 and a few years ago he did the same thing.

Julian is still just as good looking as ever.

I am glad that you recovered in time for Thanksgiving – crazy here – two grand dogs were here for 4 days. Bumper and Abby have been in there bed since they left yesterday- cousins really tire them out. Wonderful dinner – all 5 of my kids and families were here 20 people in all – I am tired and now need to think about Christmas!

What a great picture of Julian and Grandma. He’s not a little boy anymore, and Grandma is beautiful as always. So glad you could go for dinner Cat.

Those evenings of pizza, tree decorating, and gift wrapping are always the best. I often enjoy them more than Christmas.

Slinky enjoyed some white meat turkey, stuffing and her absolute favorite Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese.
