It’s that time of the year again and Santa helpers are here!

Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and Santa Helpers Lovers….

It is that time of the year when we hoist the extra large wreath out and hang it with pride.  Did I say we?  LOL.  It really is the doing of Wade, my friend and wonderful caretaker of my yard.  What would we do without our Wade?

Not only did he take said wreath home to re-string all of the lights and add more, his sweet wife pulled the branches out and made it twice as thick.   It was just stunning.  See those shutters?  He also repaired and painted them.  Our house looks like a lovely lady this holiday season.

The Mayor held his position firm at the window directing our Wade every step of the way!

Look howl distinguished the Mayor looks framed by the renovated shutters.  I just love them back on our home.

Now for night fall!

Twice as many lights as last year and….THEY ALL WORK!  Thank Dog…..Thank Wade!

More loving the holiday night later……Cat, Chaps and Emma

Wow, with the red brick and the green shutters, your house looks like Christmas all the time! Very pretty. I wish I was close enough to ride over there and look and have a glass of Christmas cheer!

I know RHandM – It does take a lot of time. I have not noticed too much increase from year to year in the electric bill. My Dad had a timer thing set up that comes on at 5 and goes off at 11:00pm. Talk about a lot of time. I spend over 2 hours trying to figure out that darn thing. Thank goodness for google! LOL!

M&S I love the green shutter as well. They are original to the house and I really wanted them back up. I think they were down for about 5 years.

CJRO&H – LOL – I never even thought of that. BHT can be the Christmas House. It does look really cute. I cannot wait for my nephew to come over for our Christmas pizza party. I really go overboard on the inside as well.

JB&A yes, and don’t forget to beep. I bet your place looks good as well. Mom and I are going to do a Ft. Thomas drive through town one night. Your side of town seems to really do it up.
