Too Funny…..

Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and Too Funny Lovers…….Yesterday, Grandma was back in my office and folded up the quilt that Chaps had been laying on. We were working back there and we did not want to trip over it.
I had to laugh because the next morning I walked back to the office and saw this….
Too Funny!
For some reason he likes laying on the floor, on this quilt versus getting in the office bed.
Howl ever…. here is his favorite place to lay…..
With his grandma covered in his pink blankee….

He is so funny! Who doesnt love sitting on grandma’s lap? I miss never having had a grandma but i am sure glad my furry babies have one!
Chaps did a good job fitting himself onto that folded quilt! Sophie does that … fits herself onto the any piece of fabric (no matter how small) so her royal paws don’t have to touch the actual floor.
The Mayor fits in grandma’s lap slightly better than Romeo!
That’s what I really admire about our Mayor. Mayor Chaps is very candid, he’s a statesman. You know where you stand with our Mayor (there is no gray area). If you don’t know where you stand with our Mayor, he will let you know.
Well, I’m screaming hound abuse again. Geez. Poor Chaps. Having to make do with such a small space to lay. I think he deserves some “we’re sorry” treats!
I love that he tried to fit himself on the quilt, even if it was folded up awfully small. I think sometimes they just know they’re posing for a good photo too, don’t they?
How adorable. Mine never keeps her blanket that neat, she nests in it.
mine would have unfolded the quilt!

What a handsome boy the Mayor is! He looks so adorable lying on that folded quilt. It is a tight fit, though! Nosey does something like that with sunbeams… If there is only a tiny patch of sunlight on the floor she will find it and lie there with her nose basking in it!
