Emma and Chaps Poppins!
Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and Spoon Full of Sugar Lovers…..Well…let me tell you all about it.
Our very own Emma was diagnosed about a week ago with a Urinary Tract Infection. These are somewhat chronic for her. They are the result of her being allergic to almost everything, including herself. Grandma and I have really been able to keep these infections at bay by following a very strict and expensive diet but it is worth every penny for a healthy Shimlette!
So, next problem…She won’t take her antibiotic. I have tried everything. Cream Cheese – NO! Mashed Potatoes – NO! Well, I guess not everything because she is allergic to everything.
What about a bit of Honey drizzled over the mashed potatoes?

Is Emma allergic to peanut butter? I make little sandwiches and no one knows who is getting the pill! I found that even works better than cheese. Hope she is feeling better!

JBA – Emma is allergic to protein so, yes, she is allergic to peanut butter. Sigh………..Gawd, she love honey!

I am so sorry to hear that Our Emma is not feeling well. Is there anything I can do to help?
I am always amazed with how Our Emma copes. Nothing gets her down.
By the way, if you ever read the Mary Poppins books, you would know Mary Poppins was quite a scary character.
