Howllo fellow basset hound and great greetings lovers.
Daddy’s home from the war!
What a wonderful welcome…
More hoping there are many wonderful greetings to come soon for all of the soldiers….Love, Cat, Chaps and Emma
What a greeting! Somebody sure feels loved.
How cool! We’ve all been seeing the video on the news of the dog that welcomed his Dad home but this one is even better! It’s amazing how they remember them for so long. I know I took Rugs to meet up with his foster family a year after we adopted him and the foster Mom said he wouldn’t remember her. Well, she was very wrong! I love it.
AWWW, love it!!! Dogs give the bestest welcomes:)

This is SOOOO much better than the video I posted last night. Simply because it is a basset. LOVE IT!!!
The welcome home was so touching that was really true slobber love.
Gosh, I will have to video Abby…..she greets me like this, even when I’m gone for only a couple of hours! It amazes me how every time I come home she acts like I’ve been gone forever. Gotta love a good basset greeting!
That is absolutely beautiful! Oh, I hope and pray that that is the type of greeting we will all get in heaven… All of my girls and my baby boy reunited with me, never to be separated again… My fondest dream come true. xoxo
That made my day. A returning soldier and his Basset that never forgot him.
How wonderful that she was so excited to see her daddy and knew him after so long away.
