Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and Walking Basset Hound Club Lovers!  Well, the extreme heat did not get us down today!  We had a Memorial Weekend Blast!

First off I posed for a picture with the Mayor before I left for the walk!

It was a great turn out for friends and family.

We were lucky to have this wonderful picnic shelter to keep the sun off the pack.

Here we have Matt the fireman with one of his girls.

Then there was this photo op with Marcie and her hound Nosey!

This is a good picture to show our pack. The black and white hound is doodle bug.  So cute!

It was indeed a basset fabulous day! Abby and I had so much fun and she thanks her Aunt Cat for bringing the weenies for the hounds. It was a bit warm today and we hope the fall walk will bring cooler weather and Bumper will come. Looking forward to setting our next walk date!!

I hate the fact that a I missed all this fun.

I definitely want to attend one of your walks this year. I hope in the fall. Maybe we could do something to benefit the House of Puddles.

Maybe everyone could contribute something to take part in the walk. What do Chaps and Emma think of this idea?
