Is there a smart bump forming on a young pup?

Howllow Fellow Basset Hound and Smart Bump Lovers…Many in the basset hound world call the bump on the top of the head (if they have one) a smart bump!

I just captured this picture of young Daisy Lynn playing with her toy right now…

Is it my imagination, or is that a smart bump?

So far she seems very smart.

More loving wondering later….Cat, Daisy Lynn, (Chaps and Emma ATB) knowing there is no wondering about them!

    Yup, all basset hound have a smart bump on their head; isn’t she just adorable!!! Fun to watch Daisy Lynn growing up. Patty pats to Daisy Lynn and hugs to ALL.

    I have never heard it called a “smart bump”, only a mischief knot. That’s were they keep their plans for trouble and mischief.
